How to apply :
- Complete the accreditation form in full
- Attach an engagement letter : You must have an assignment letter from the editorial office or agency for each person, with a description of the activity, the identity of the journalist covering the 24 Hours of Le Mans as well as information on the media's circulation and impact. Freelance journalist/photographer : you must be commissioned by an official media
- Attach a copy of your valid press card (unless it does not exist in your country)
- For photographers, provide professional liability insurance covering you for your activity as a photographer on the circuit during mass events, in addition to the engagement letter.
For all media accredited, it is possible to capture non-live content in the general admission, paddock and garage (if authorized by the teams). All other filming requests (race, circuit, pitlane, etc.) are subject to the purchase of media rights. Please contact Nathalie Fargier (n.fargier@ext.fiawec.com) for accreditation.
Steps in the accreditation process :
- Application complete, finished and registered. Online registration is not a confirmation of accreditation
- Processing of applications
- Sending of a confirmation or non-validation email concerning the accreditation request. Accreditations will be validated and confirmed before Friday, 28 April 2026. A second wave of confirmations will take place from 13 May onwards.
Media reception conditions :
- Helmets and overalls will be mandatory to access the pit lane. Suit FIA : 8856-2000 / 2018 --- US : SFI 3.2A/5
- Accreditations are available in limited numbers.
- Accreditation, media centre space and parking are available in limited numbers and must be requested in advance from accreditations.presse@lemans.org. These requests will be taken into account within the limits of available quotas.
- Team photographers : you must only apply for accreditation via this platform. FIA/WEC permanent pass holders: please only apply for accreditation via this platform.
To attend the pesage and scrutineering in the centre of Le Mans on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 June as well as the test day on Sunday 7 June 2026, please apply for accreditation directly on the form.
If you apply for an accreditation for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, your accreditation will allow you to access directly to the Test Day, you will not need to recreate an application.

The parade will start, as usual, on Friday 12 June at 4pm in Le Mans city centre.
The 24 Hours of Le Mans is the fourth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).
