All 186 drivers gathered on the track to pose for the official photograph ahead of the 87th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. A very special image to mark the end of the FIA World Endurance Championship, as Le Mans 24 Hours is the Super Finale of the 2018-19 Super Season. Fans can get their souvenir copy signed at the drivers’ autograph session at 17:00 in the Pit Lane this afternoon.
The 186 drivers will be back on track tomorrow (Wednesday) when the 62 cars fielded in this year’s race take part in free practice and the first qualifying session.
Wednesday 12 June :
- 16:00 - 20:00 - First practice session
- 22:00 - 00:00 - First qualification session
Thursday 13 June :
- 19:00 - 21:00 and 22:00 - 00:00 : Final qualifying and starting grid
The Automobile Club de l’Ouest will hold its press conference at 10:00 on Friday 14 June in the Welcome building. Pierre Fillon, President of the ACO, Richard Mille, President of the FIA Endurance Commission, and Gérard Neveu, World Endurance Championship CEO, will be present alongside a host of personalities from the world of endurance racing, and some significant announcements will be made. Media representatives are invited to arrive from 09:30.
