24 Hours of Le Mans - Follow the action on TV!

This year, the ACO has put together an exclusive setup for the official production of pictures that will be beamed around the world and used for the 24H Le Mans app, official films and the exclusive video content on myACO and social media. No fewer than 380 people will be working on the round-the-clock production package that features 96 cameras, including 54 onboard cameras mounted in and on 16 cars to take fans right to the heart of the race, 14 cameras in the pits, one cable cam, and a slo-mo camera shooting 100 frames per second, plus the teams’ radio links, graphic information and lots more.

A 600-strong army of television reporters, commentators and consultants will also be covering the action while many production companies and teams of reporters will be busy making videos and documentaries of the event. The teams competing in the race also have their own staff producing more pictures to bring the 24 Hours of Le Mans to an even wider audience.

Twenty-eight channels will bring live coverage or highlights of the 2017 24 Hours of Le Mans into homes all over the world. Viewers in France, the UK, Germany, Belgium, Australia, China and elsewhere will have chance to see the main event in the FIA World Endurance Championship calendar live, while networks in around 190 different countries will broadcast the iconic endurance classic to a potential worldwide audience of 802 million.
