Since yesterday 2:00pm, the Le Mans 24-Hours fans via the event’s Facebook page with the help of our partners’ communities’ “likes” reveal the poster pixel by pixel the more active they are and the more they interact on the social networks.
This original way of revealing the poster in the context of a major sporting transition is further proof of the loyalty of the community of fans of the Le Mans 24 Hours, the pinnacle of the FIA World Endurance Championship, as well as their taste for innovative technologies. Unveiling the poster in this way symbolises a modern approach while highlighting our history, heritage and values.
The poster of the 86th Sarthe Classic reaffirms its status as a mythical event, which has built its foundations on the values associated with endurance that are so dear to the Automobile Club de l’Ouest.
The Le Mans 24-Hours poster is the fruit of a new collaboration with the Le Mans-based agency, Machin Bidule, and its aim is to follow the tradition of the mythical poster artists of the past. It has been designed as a work of art to be collected, shared and displayed as it is firmly anchored in modernity and innovation.
