The 2017 endurance season for motorbikes spans the years 2016-2017. It kicked off on 17th September with the Bol d’Or in which the Sarthe based-team Suzuki Endurance Racing’s Suzuki emerging victorious in the 80th event in the Var.

So no time to lose to get ready for 2017 and to attend the 24 Heures Motos, the third round of the FIM EWC.

Up to 2nd April 2017, buy your tickets on pre-sale and get them cheaper, 55 € instead of 68€ after this date and only 51€ for ACO members. It’s an original idea for a Christmas or New Year present for all the fans who will enjoy a weekend between bikers at Le Mans next April.

Note that as in 2016, the ACO has included a free guarded park for motorbikes in this price.

All the major manufacturers will be present: Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda and BMW whose bikes will be run by works and private teams guaranteeing the highest possible level of competition.

The 2016 24 Heures Motos was marked by the victory of the no. 11 Kawasaki, which scored its only win of the season at Le Mans, and the return of a Japanese team that clinched third place overall.

The 2016 event also saw the creation of the Women’s Cup as a curtain-raiser to the 24 Heures Motos, a challenge reserved exclusively for women riders in motorbike racing.

The Suzuki Endurance Racing Team (SERT) will be out to defend its 2016 World Championship title and to win back the trophy for victory in the 24 Heures Motos, which it failed to do last year, and to shine again on home turf.

In 2017, the entrants will race on a brand-new track, which was completely resurfaced in October.

In addition to the on-track action the 24 Heures Motos is a fantastic party with numerous forms of entertainment and activities over the three days. The mechanical show on Friday evening, the concert evening on Saturday, the entertainment in the village, the traditional fun fair and the many other surprises currently being prepared will all ramp up the excitement of this festive weekend.
